Polo Brunch offerings!

What do you get in the buffet?  We're glad you asked - this buffet will satisfy the foodie in you!  Here are a few shots of the main buffet table.  Carving, egg, sushi & dessert stations behind against the wall!

Sample Chef’s Choice Butler Passed Hors d’oeuvres 

Spicy Tuna Tartar Cone

Sushi-grade Tuna, toasted Pine Nuts, Green Onions and Soy Sauce served in a Savory Cone with Wakimi Salad and a Ginger Wasabi Cream Sauce

Pistachio Marshmallow, Candied Plum & Lamb Skewers

Toasted to Order Trayside

Gulf Shrimp & Boursin Cheese in Puff Pastry

Brie, Pear & Raspberry Wonton

Moroccan Chicken Lollipops

Cardamom, Pistachio and Orange Scented Chicken with a

Shooter of Grand Marnier Infused Orange Juice

Carving Station – 2 meats

(one white, one red, unless one in chafer)

Lavender Roasted Turkey with Blood Orange Sauce, Ham, Tenderloin, Beef Wellington, Chicken Wellington, Salmon Wellington, Whole Cucumber Salmon, Pork Loin,

Roast Beef, Prime Rib or Rosemary Swordfish

 

Salads

Salad Bar with 12-15 toppings & 4-5 composed salads such as: 

Cobb Salad, Waldorf, Asian Poke, Jicama Orange Salad, Panzanella Bread, Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Basil, Cavatelli Pasta Salad, Seafood Salad, Conch Salad, Sweet Potato Salad, Celery Root, Grilled Tofu with Ponzu or Brussel Sprouts with Sundried Tomato, Stoneground Mustard and Bacon
